Sitting in chair with the therapist , this is not make me broken, this is not make me weak. There are many people here tonight with depression or anxiety and they keep to themselves, do not: speak to your friends, speak to your family and you able to go to the therapist. It gets better. I understand the darkness, the loneliness. Your life is always worth living. Always"
